I am pleased to have the opportunity to write about our experience with Teri Frye. We were looking to sell our sixth house so we have had plenty of experiences with realtors. This time, we wanted someone who would truly represent us and speak for us. Teri and her team were phenomenal. Teri herself was always available, but we were pleased to find that her team was equally able to help with anything that came up.

They listed the house promptly and were operating at full speed from day one, something we have not had with other listings. They worked with us to address issues of buyers and show the house at its very best. Teri's marketing plan was a strong one that really got the word out about our house. All promotional materials were professionally written and produced.

Teri definitely provides service that goes the extra mile. It may not sound like much, but our dog is very claustrophobic and absolutely cannot be shut away in a room. Teri and her team were willing to come to the house and take the dog outside if a nervous buyer was coming. That and other little things they were willing to help with really meant a lot since I was managing the kids and dog alone while my husband had moved on to our next city.

But always their main focus was on getting my house shown and sold. Their follow-up was second to none and Teri's regular contact was reassuring and positive. When it came time for the closing and complications arose, Teri got on the phone and made things happen. It wasn't an overnight sale, but it was less stressful and more focused than any other listing we have done. We really felt like we were in the hands of a top-notch professional from beginning to end. Of all of the many times we have sold a house, this one stands out.

I would highly recommend Teri Frye & Associates in the sale or purchase of real estate. During the past twelve months, Teri and her group represented me as a seller of both my home and my mother’s home and on the purchase of new construction. On all of the sales, Teri’s group not only showed great professionalism but also went above and beyond the call of duty. As an example, my mother’s house was not an ideal property to try to sell. Both my mother and father had been ill before they vacated the house so it was somewhat rundown. In addition, since no one lived there, it was hard to maintain. It was Teri’s group that recommended what needed to be done to get the house ready to sell and helped us find worker’s to do the work at reasonable prices. Oftentimes, it was also Teri’s group that would end up trying to make the house presentable when people wanted to see it. The sale of my home was equally problematic but for different reasons. Both may husband and I work and we have three large dogs that live inside. Because the dogs obviously would scare any potential buyers, we would have to be at home when someone wanted to see the house and, if possible, remove the dogs. When neither my husband nor I were available, Pete would actually do “dog duty” and handle the three dogs. Both houses sold at good prices in the time frame required. I truly believe that neither house would have sold if they had just been listed by other agents without Teri’s group dedicated to do whatever it takes to make the sale.
